So I have been trying to get in a rhythm of working out twice a day while I am out here in Afghanistan.  I decided every Wednesday and Saturday I would do a crossfit workout, and every other day a lift (this all follows a daily morning run!).  Here was yesterday’s workout:

30 min stairmaster intervals: 2 min level 12, 1 min level 18

4x thru for time (16 min)

17 box jumps, 22″ box

10 burpees

10 squat cleans (just the barbell to start, 45lbs)

Ab circuit
